By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling an appointment, requesting delivery information, or communicating with Heritage Motors through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website. Separate written agreements, purchase documents, title and registration documents, warranty documents, financing documents, delivery forms, inspection records, trade-in documents, and money-back-guarantee documents may apply to a specific transaction. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed transaction documents control.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes related to reviewing vehicle inventory, requesting information, arranging an appointment, discussing delivery, requesting warranty details, evaluating a trade-in, or communicating with our team.

You may not:

• Use the website for fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems, forms, accounts, or data.
• Introduce malicious software, automated attacks, scraping tools, or disruptive code.
• Copy, republish, or commercially exploit website content without permission.
• Submit false contact, identity, payment, financing, trade-in, title, VIN, mileage, or vehicle information.

Vehicle Listings and Availability

Vehicle listings are provided for general informational purposes. Inventory, condition, mileage, options, accessories, trim, specifications, colors, pricing, title information, and availability may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but listing errors may occur. Photos, videos, descriptions, vehicle-history information, and specifications may not show every mark, imperfection, repair, modification, prior use, wear item, or feature. Buyers should review all available documentation, inspect and test-drive the vehicle when possible, and ask questions before purchase.

Vehicles remain subject to prior sale until a transaction is confirmed through the required written documents and cleared payment or other agreed consideration.

Pricing, Fees, and Taxes

Unless specifically stated in writing, displayed prices may not include applicable sales or use tax, title fees, registration fees, documentation charges, delivery charges, transport charges, carrier fees, financing costs, insurance costs, or government fees.

Prices and terms may be corrected or changed before a binding purchase agreement is completed. Typographical, technical, or data-entry errors do not obligate Heritage Motors to complete a transaction at an incorrect price.

Deposits and Reservations

A deposit or reservation does not create a completed sale unless confirmed in a written agreement. The deposit amount, refundability, expiration date, vehicle hold period, and cancellation terms must be stated in the applicable written receipt or agreement.

Failure to complete payment, provide required documentation, arrange delivery, or meet an agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation subject to the written deposit terms.

Purchases and Payment

A vehicle purchase is not final until all required documents are signed, identity and payment are verified, and funds have cleared through an accepted payment method.

We may refuse, pause, or cancel a transaction when reasonably necessary to verify identity, title status, liens, insurance, registration eligibility, payment, financing, fraud risk, legal eligibility, export restrictions, or transaction details.

Financing

Financing is subject to lender approval, credit review, income or business verification, identity verification, vehicle eligibility, applicable law, and the lender’s terms. Submission of a financing inquiry does not guarantee approval, rate, payment, term, or availability.

Third-party lenders control their own decisions, documents, privacy practices, fees, rates, and requirements. Any financing agreement is governed by the lender’s signed documents.

Trade-Ins

Trade-in values are estimates until the vehicle, VIN, title documents, mileage, condition, options, service history, payoff, liens, accident history, and other relevant information are verified.

We may revise or withdraw a trade-in offer when the vehicle differs from the information provided, has undisclosed damage, inaccurate mileage, title or lien issues, missing equipment, mechanical concerns, branded-title history, or cannot be accepted for legal or business reasons.

Titles, Registration, and Documentation

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate identification, address, insurance, tax, registration, and ownership information when required. Title, registration, inspection, emissions, tax, and documentation requirements may vary by jurisdiction and vehicle type.

Ownership transfers only as provided in the applicable signed purchase agreement, bill of sale, title, reassignment, lien-release, registration, or other transaction documents. Processing timelines may depend on government agencies, lenders, lienholders, carriers, manufacturers, and third-party documentation services.

Nationwide Vehicle Delivery

Delivery availability, pricing, timing, route, carrier, and transport method depend on the vehicle, destination, vehicle type, open or enclosed transport, pickup access, route restrictions, weather, carrier availability, and scheduling.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. Delays caused by carriers, weather, road conditions, permits, vehicle issues, government action, or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically create a right to damages.

Delivery Inspection and Acceptance

The buyer should inspect the vehicle promptly at delivery and document visible transport damage, missing items, mileage differences, warning lights, or material condition differences before or at the time of acceptance.

Delivery acceptance forms, photographs, videos, carrier documents, mileage readings, inspection reports, and written communications may be used to document vehicle condition and delivery status.

72-Hour / 250-Mile Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible vehicle purchases may include a seventy-two (72) hour / two-hundred-fifty (250) additional mile money-back guarantee, whichever limit is reached first, subject to the conditions, exclusions, notice requirements, inspection process, and other terms stated on our Money-Back Guarantee page and in the signed purchase or return documents.

For qualifying returns, return transport is arranged and paid by the seller as provided in the written policy. Vehicles with new damage, mileage beyond the stated limit, modifications, missing equipment, misuse, neglect, abnormal wear, title or registration complications, or other excluded conditions may not qualify.

The signed money-back-guarantee documents control all eligibility, mileage, notice, transport, inspection, refund, deduction, and timing requirements.

90-Day / 3,000-Mile Limited Warranty

Eligible vehicles may include a limited warranty for ninety (90) days from registration in the buyer’s name or three thousand (3,000) additional miles, whichever occurs first, covering qualifying failures involving eligible major mechanical and electrical systems.

The limited warranty does not cover routine maintenance, normal wear items, cosmetic concerns, misuse, abuse, neglect, overheating, accidents, improper maintenance, racing, track use, off-road abuse, commercial misuse, contaminated fuel, incorrect fluids, unauthorized repairs, tuning, programming, or aftermarket performance modifications.

Covered repairs must be diagnosed and completed through a qualified repair facility approved in advance, and authorization is required before work begins except as provided for qualifying emergencies in the written warranty. The written warranty controls all eligibility, covered components, exclusions, authorization requirements, remedies, and claim procedures. More information is available on our Warranty page.

Remaining Factory Warranties

Some vehicles may have remaining manufacturer factory-warranty coverage. Coverage, duration, mileage limits, exclusions, claim procedures, authorized-repair requirements, parts, and labor are controlled solely by the manufacturer’s warranty documents.

Manufacturer names and warranty descriptions shown on this website are informational only. Exact factory coverage and transferability must be confirmed for the specific vehicle.

Extended Warranty or Service Contracts

Extended warranty or vehicle-service-contract options may be available for certain eligible vehicles at additional cost. Eligibility, covered components, term, mileage limits, deductibles, exclusions, transferability, and claim procedures vary by provider and plan.

No extended coverage is effective unless included in a signed agreement and accepted by the applicable provider.

Vehicle Inspections, Test Drives, and Appointments

Vehicle inspections, test drives, and appointments may require valid identification, proof of insurance, signed forms, compliance with traffic laws, and adherence to staff instructions.

We may decline or end an inspection, test drive, or appointment for safety, weather, driver-experience, licensing, insurance, conduct, scheduling, vehicle-condition, or inventory reasons.

Vehicle Operation and Safety

Motor vehicles can be dangerous. Buyers and drivers are responsible for reviewing the owner’s manual, warnings, safety systems, load and towing limits, maintenance requirements, recall information, and manufacturer instructions before operation.

Only properly licensed, insured, and legally authorized individuals should operate the vehicle. Heritage Motors is not responsible for unsafe driving, overloading, improper towing, unauthorized modification, racing, off-road misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer safety requirements.

Customer Communications

By providing your telephone number or email address, you authorize us to respond regarding your inquiry, appointment, vehicle, trade-in, financing request, delivery, transaction, money-back guarantee, warranty, or related service.

Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may request that non-essential marketing communications stop, but necessary transaction and service communications may continue.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may link to lenders, vehicle carriers, manufacturers, maps, reviews, social media, payment providers, vehicle-history providers, warranty administrators, and other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own agreements and policies.

Intellectual Property

Website text, design, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, page layouts, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Heritage Motors unless otherwise indicated.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply manufacturer ownership, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement unless specifically stated.

Disclaimer of Website Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or complete.

This website does not replace the buyer’s responsibility to inspect and test-drive the vehicle, verify mileage and specifications, review vehicle-history information, purchase documents, title documents, warranty documents, money-back-guarantee terms, financing terms, safety information, and delivery records before completing a purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Heritage Motors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on website content, vehicle operation, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, submission of false information, infringement of another party’s rights, misuse of website systems, or unauthorized use of a vehicle obtained through information submitted on this website.

Governing Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute relating solely to website use will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Pennsylvania unless a separate signed agreement provides a different lawful process or location.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when our website, inventory, services, policies, or legal obligations change. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
