Return Conditions
Protecting the Vehicle During Evaluation
To remain eligible for the money-back guarantee, the vehicle must stay within the 72-hour period, remain within the 250-mile limit, and meet the written return conditions.
No new cosmetic, structural, glass, wheel, tire, electrical, or mechanical damage.
No aftermarket parts, accessories, tint, software changes, or other modifications.
No engine tuning, ECU programming, performance software, or emissions-system changes.
No racing, track use, commercial misuse, off-road abuse, reckless use, or other improper operation.
No unusual wear beyond normal inspection and evaluation driving.
No more than two hundred fifty (250) additional miles may be added during the guarantee period.
“No damage” means there must be no new cosmetic or mechanical damage, no unusual wear, and no signs of neglect or misuse beyond normal evaluation driving.
Final eligibility, inspection requirements, refund timing, transportation arrangements, and exclusions are governed by the signed purchase documents and written money-back guarantee.
